| RATE STRUCTURE |
Tour rates apply to groups with 15 rooms or more at most locations. All Tour
bookings under this amount will be extended the F.I.T. rates only.

| SEASONALITY |
The attached rates are quoted for low season and high season. For most
properties, high season starts on June 15th and ends on October 15th.
|
| TAXES |
New Brunswick and Nova Scotia - 15% HST
Quebec - 7.5% PST + 7% GST
Maine - 7% state tax
(Note: The province of Quebec has an additional "Tax on Lodging "of 3% of room
rate per night. The city of Halifax/Dartmouth has an additional 1.5% plus tax
Room Levy.)
The HST and GST can be assigned for non-resident tours.

| DEPOSIT |
A $400.00 deposit for each departure is required at least 8 weeks prior to
arrival. A cancellation notice of 6 weeks is required for a deposit refund. For
Quebec City a 50% deposit is required.

| PORTERAGE |
The baggage charge is $3.00 per person, round trip, at most locations. Your
estimated arrival and departure times are required in advance to ensure
adequate staffing.

| DRIVER RATE |

| COMP ROOMS |
A complimentary single room per 15 paid rooms will be extended to the Tour
Director or Escort at most locations. Bangor, Quebec City and Montreal are one
per 20 paid rooms.
|
| COMP MEALS |
The escort and driver are extended complimentary dinners (excluding alcohol) and
breakfasts during their stay at most locations. For luncheon stops, their meals
are also complimentary when the tour eats at some of our facilities.

| ROOMING LISTS |
In order to ensure a quick and efficient check-in, a rooming list is required a
minimum of 3 weeks prior to arrival.

| COMMISSIONS |
The rates shown are non-commissionable.
|
| CURRENCY |
Rates shown in the program are quoted in the national currency of each location.
|
| PAYMENT |
Full payment by cash, credit card or certified cheque is required prior to
departure unless otherwise pre-arranged with hotel.
